‘Animal and Home Care’ is a small company who prides it’s self in providing a high-class personal service. The company is run by an honest, practical, reliable
level-headed retired Police Officer with 30 years police experience. All house sitters are interviewed and vetted for their suitability and will carry out their duties diligently.
An appointment to meet your pets and gain valuable information about your property will be made before the required holiday date. Comprehensive notes will be taken including any additional key holder details and preferred service providers and tradesmen that would cover any emergency whilst you are away.
Animal and Home Care sitters are all trained to deal with all emergencies within the home environment. We all worry about pets becoming ill, or a plumbing or gas emergency whilst we are away but you can rely on Animal and Home Care. At the assignment meeting we ask you to provide a list of trusted tradesmen and professionals for our sitter to contact in the event of any emergency. It is important to arranged in advance with ‘Animal and Home Care’ your instructions if any emergency work is required whilst you are away. If you do not have any particular tradesmen then ‘Animal and Home Care’ will take care of the emergency in the most cost effective way possible.
Our sitters are selected for their honesty and initiative and will cope with any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. You can be safe in the knowledge though, that if expenses are going to be incurred they will inform your emergency contact and Animal and Home Care before any decision is made if the situation allows. If the emergency contact is unavailable ‘Animal and Home Care’ will advise the sitter on the course of action to be taken. The emergency contact will then be notified as soon as they are available.
