House Sitting: You would like to go on holiday but are concerned about the security of your house then please let me look after your property whilst you are away. I am a retired Police Officer with 30 years police experience. I have a high security vetting as a result of looking after the Palace of Westminster (Houses Of Parliament) for 11 years.
I, or a person vetted by me will stay in your home during the period you are away. We will make sure the house looks lived in, tidy post away and provide any bespoke customer service required, such as filling the fridge with essential provisions for your return or watering your precious garden plants. Any vehicles used will not have any signage.
House Sitting with Animal Care: This service is an extension of the House sitting service. I will not only look after your home but also take care of all your animals needs.
Animal Feeding: You are happy your property is secure whilst you are away but require your pets to be cared for. All your animals’ requirements will be met within their own home environment, they will be happier and so will you knowing they are being well looked after.
Vet Service: If your animal becomes suddenly sick or their yearly inoculations are due and it's difficult or impossible to get to the Vet for whatever reason - let me take care of it for you. I will collect your animal from home and safely take it to your vet returning it quickly after the treatment. |

Dog Walking: There may be lots of reasons you are unable to walk your dog, hospitalisation, work commitments or holidays. Any required route will be followed and the walk times may be varied or multiple walks given as required to enable your dog to have the exercise it needs.
Animal Carer: A service to suit your needs. Just bought a puppy that requires attention during the day, let me look after it for you. Is there any other service that I could provide for your pets - just let me know.
Security Checks: Your premises will be checked thoroughly on a daily basis. Arrangements will be made prior to your break re any problem solving. This service includes collection of mail, setting timers for lamps so that the house looks lived in during the hours of darkness, basic security checks of windows, doors and all out side buildings. Visits will be carried out at a variety of different times during the day so a pattern is not built up whilst the property is left. There will be no signage on vehicles used to visit your home.

Prices:
All services are charged at a weekly rate.
Less than a week will be charged at more than a 7th of a week.
Bank Holiday dates will carry a premium supplement of £15 per bank holiday on top of the normal or exclusive rate.
House Sitting:£210 per week
House Sitting with Animal Care: £300 per week
More than 6 animals or puppies will incur a surcharge of
£25 per day.
Animal Sitting: £150 per week
Vet Service: £25 per visit |

Dog Walking:
- 1 dog £10 per hour for 1st dog
Add the following charges to the standard dog-walking price for
additional dogs:
Between 2 and 3 dogs please add -£7.50 per dog
Between 4 and 5 dogs please add -£5.00 per dog
Animal Carer: Includes feeding and any other bespoke services:
Cats, Fish, Dogs, Small caged animals £150 per week.

Other costs:
For all house sits, it is expected that provisions will be left for the sitter, if this is not convenient then a charge of £6 per day will be added to the invoice. Travel expenses covering the start and end of the house sit will be added to the invoice.
If you would like to pay for an exclusive sitter there will be a surcharge of £15 per day. Exclusive means the sitter will not be away from your home more than 3 hours during the day and 3 hours at night.
Any other special needs and services not mentioned above will be negotiated at the time of the booking. |
